The Chroma-Q M8-Lite incorporates all of the standard, durable Chroma-Q technology in a robust metal enclosure designed specifically for 8-Lite fixtures. Forced air-cooling ensures that the intense heat generated by 8-Lite fixtures will not affect the Chroma-Q M8-Lite or its internal workings. Fast to rig and de-rig, the Chroma-Q M8-Lite has been designed to withstand the rigours and demands of the touring world, and includes features such as quarter-turn catches that allow fast access to the inside of the unit for maintenance. Scroll changes are accomplished from the front of the unit, with no need to disassemble any part of the unit shell.

The Chroma-Q M8-Lite will fit 8-Lite fixtures from all of the industry's major manufacturers via the interchangeable backplate system, features a colour scroll length of between 2 and 11 colours, and comes complete with barn door fixing points.
