Description
In certain instances when a lighting console is plugged into the Power Supply and sending DMX signal, the Color Block LEDs will flicker.
Example
Symptom Observed: A lighting console is plugged into the Color Block Power Supply that is plugged into the Color Blocks. When the intensity level of green LEDs are set at 50% the red LEDs will flicker.
Cause
The Power Supply Software did not allow for some marginal protocol timing.
Affected Units
Units affected will have serial numbers before 0505016910 for PSU05A; before 0306022397 for PSU05B; before 0505022181 for the PSU30.
Resolution
The software has been rewritten to allow compatibility with a wider range of protocol timing. A software upgrade is only required if you experience this problem.
